HOW?
With drill stations designed to work on the correct technique to shoot and stick handle while also encouraging creativity.

WHY?
Because the ability to handle and shoot the puck is critical in your development. Improve your shot and keep your hands in check over the Spring.

GAME STATS
In a 60 minute game, players will have the puck on their stick for an average of 1 minute total
What you do with the puck in these critical seconds can make or break you as a hockey player
On average a team will generate 25 - 35 shots on net, and each player will only have 2 - 5 shots a game
Being able to shoot in all situations will prepare you to capitalize on the very few chances you have
