2020 Now Open

April 15th to June 17th

Lake Bonavista Rec Dry Pad

45 Minute Sessions

2011s to 2008s

THE GOAL

Improve your Stick Handling & Shooting skills so you can deke defenders, make more plays and score more goals!

HOW?

With drill stations designed to work on the correct technique to shoot and stick handle while also encouraging creativity.

WHY?

Because the ability to handle and shoot the puck is critical in your development. Improve your shot and keep your hands in check over the Spring.

GAME STATS

In a 60 minute game, players will have the puck on their stick for an average of 1 minute total

What you do with the puck in these critical seconds can make or break you as a hockey player

On average a team will generate 25 - 35 shots on net, and each player will only have 2 - 5 shots a game

Being able to shoot in all situations will prepare you to capitalize on the very few chances you have
